Filling outlines with paper bits
Art hones motor skills and promotes creativity. Most importantly, art keeps kids occupied, thereby limiting their screen time!
Children of LKG dabbled in art today. Parental assistance was limited to printing the outline. Everything else (choosing the colour papers, making tiny bits, pasting those bits) was done by the kids.
Apart from the fun aspect, this activity also prepares the tiny muscles in children’s hands for writing.
