Why We Observe It
It is alarming that oceans are in stark danger! Ocean day, celebrated on June 8th every year, not only raises awareness on the significance of oceans but also discusses ways to preserve oceans.
Children of UKG took the matter in their hands (pun intended!). These little Picassos used crayons/paint to create vibrant ocean-themed art pieces. Parental assistance was limited to sketching the outline. It’s evident that the kids had a whale of a time with this fun activity!
We sincerely hope that these pictures encourage us to curb pollution in order to leave behind a healthy planet for the next generation! Express your solidarity with ocean conservation by liking this post!
