Alumna Ms Srinidhi Returns to Speak with Our Students
Alumna interaction at Vidhya Peetham i-School: researcher Ms Srinidhi spoke with Secondary and Senior Secondary students about her own journey.
On 23 September 2026, students from our Secondary and Senior Secondary classes took part in an alumna interaction with Ms Srinidhi, a former student of Vidhya Peetham i-School who now works as a researcher. The session formed part of the school's Life Skills programme.
A visit from a former student
We were delighted to welcome Ms Srinidhi back to the school. A visit from a former student gives the children a chance to hear from someone who once sat in the same classrooms and followed the same school routines as they do now.
Ms Srinidhi shared her journey with the students and spoke with them as a researcher who began her education here.
What the alumna interaction covered
The central message of the alumna interaction was to stay curious, dream big and strive for excellence. Many students in the Secondary and Senior Secondary years are starting to think about subject choices and life after school. Hearing a former student describe her own path can make those questions feel closer and easier to talk about.
The setting
The students gathered in the hall and sat on the floor facing the speakers, who were seated at the front. At points during the session, students stood up to speak, so the event was a conversation rather than a lecture.
We thank Ms Srinidhi for giving her time to come back and speak with our students, and we look forward to welcoming more of our alumni in the future.
