Your child may not be able to log in for two reasons.
a. Entering wrong user name and password. You must enter correctly your child’s Universal user id (3 or 4 digit number given by the office at the time of admission) in “Username” and password in “Password“. The password may have been entered incorrectly. Password is case sensitive and should be entered correctly.
The subscription fee for e-learning may not have been paid. Please log into the fee payment portal to check.
c. If any invoice is unpaid and is past its due date, please make the payment. Once the subscription is renewed your child will be able to log into the e-learning websites.
