A Circular Adventure Begins!
Our young mathematicians brought an array of circular objects from home, turning our classroom into a hub of geometric discovery. From clocks ⏰ and plates to oranges and coconut shells ?, the variety was astounding!
Measuring Up the Fun!
Armed with measuring tapes and rulers, our budding scientists got to work:
1. Measuring diameters of various objects
2. Calculating radii (half the diameter) ✂️
3. Recording measurements in centimeters
The excitement was palpable as they discovered that radius is always half the diameter, and diameter is twice the radius!
