?? Trekking for Kids: Embracing the Wilderness ??
? Purpose: Exploring Nature’s Classroom
Under the guidance of Dr. Magesh, our Grade 1 students stepped out of the conventional classroom into the great outdoors of Panamarathupatti Village, ready to embrace the wilderness.
? Trekking for Kids: Materials Needed for Adventure
Our little adventurers were equipped with the essentials: sturdy shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and a backpack filled with snacks, a change of clothes, and a towel—prepared for a day of exploration.
?️ Outcome: Little Explorers, Big Discoveries
Segregated into teams, the students embarked on a trekking expedition. They learned to navigate through thorny paths, observe wildlife, and even swim under the guidance of our very own naturalist and animal rescuer, Dr. Magesh.
? Teamwork in the Wild
The trek was more than just a walk; it was a lesson in unity. The children helped each other through rough terrain and shared the joy of discovering new insects, birds, and plants. It was a day filled with laughter, learning, and the splashes of water play.
? Learning Beyond the Books
This trekking experience taught our children resilience, teamwork, and respect for nature. It showed them that at Vidhya Peetham i-School, ranked among the best CBSE schools in Salem, education is not just about what’s within the walls but also what lies beyond them.
? Thank You, Dr. Magesh!
As we returned, hearts full and spirits high, we carried with us memories of a day well spent. Thanks to Dr. Magesh, our children not only learned about nature but also about themselves. Here’s to many more adventures! ?
