? As they donned cotton for summer, wool for winter, and rain gear for the monsoons, the classroom buzzed with learning and laughter.
Our LKG stars at Vidhya Peetham i-School, one of the schools in Salem that truly shines, embarked on a delightful exploration of kindergarten seasons activity through the sun’s sizzle, winter’s whisper, and the rhythm of the rain. It was a day of dress-up and discovery as they learned about the seasons’ unique traits!
With a trunk full of sunglasses, hats, raincoats, and sweaters, our little ones were ready to represent summer, winter, and the rainy season. Each item wasn’t just a piece of clothing but a ticket to a new world of understanding.
As they donned cotton for summer, wool for winter, and rain gear for the monsoons, the classroom buzzed with learning and laughter. Through this tactile experience, the seasons came alive, and so did their imaginations in this kindergarten seasons activity.
Divided into groups, each representing a different season, our kids strutted their stuff. Sporting cool shades for the summer sun, bundling up in cozy layers for the winter chill, and popping open umbrellas for the rainy days, they became the epitome of season-savvy!
From summer’s thirst-quenchers like watermelons to winter’s warm socks, the children at Vidhya Peetham i-School picked up on the essentials for each season. By the end, they could not only sort seasonal items but also share their uses, embedding a practical understanding of the weather’s impact on life.
Through this activity, recognized as part of the curriculum at the best CBSE school in Salem, our LKG class didn’t just learn about the seasons; they lived them!
